Head of UK Graduate Resourcing at Grant Thornton

Grant Thornton have changed their approach to the trainee recruitment process.  By putting people and our culture at the heart of the candidate experience, they adopted the principle ‘it’s not what you do, but how you do it’ and this has helped set them apart from the market.

This session explores how at every touch point Grant Thornton have strived to give all candidates a stand out and personal experience. Moving away from the bulk recruitment norm of ‘selling and sifting’ to a culture whereby they nurture every single candidate,
creating brand advocates in the process.

As well as a discussion session with a panel of this year’s students that have recently been through the application process.

This Insight Day will finish around 5:30pm where drinks will be provided as well as the opportunity to network with group.

This event will prove to be an excellent forum for
discussing and sharing thought leadership and best practice.
