SOCIAL CARE FORUMS

Cohesion is a business with purpose, using organisational knowledge and capital to make positive change in social care recruitment practice for the benefit of all registered providers.   

After many years of hosting round tables that shared our research and insights from across a broad client base, Cohesion have now launched a series of Social Care Forums, taking place regularly throughout the year.  The purpose of the Forums is to share subject matter, and best practice related to social care recruitment. 

Cohesion, event partners and sponsors will seek to influence positive change and results in recruitment practice by presenting research, case studies and market insights and providing an opportunity for networking and collaboration. 

Because collaboration is important!

And we want to have an impact on the critical shortage of social care staff in the UK and abroad. 

Who will be there?

Social Care Forum attendees include senior HR and operational stakeholders, typically including HR Directors, Heads of Resourcing, Operations Directors, Area Managers, CEO’s, MDs and Directors of Care.

Association of colleges

Association of Colleges is the national voice for further education, sixth form, tertiary and specialist colleges in England. A not-for-profit membership organisation established in 1996 by colleges, for colleges, members make up almost 95% of the sector – transforming 2.2 million lives each year in more than 250 colleges.
