Cohesion are delighted that Lindsey Hanson from Skills for Care will be joining us on the 22nd May as a guest speaker.  Lindsey will be sharing the latest methods to articulate organisational values to young people both before and beyond the recruitment process.

Lindsey Hanson:  Skills for Care

Lindsey has a long and varied background in project management across a range of sectors, with a keen interest in health and well-being. As a solution-oriented person, Lindsey thrives in applying her skills to recruitment and retention issues in adult social care. She has worked for Skills for Care since December 2012, immersing herself exclusively in recruitment and retention projects. Since July 2018, Lindsey has lead on the values and behaviours work; an area of specific interest and passion.
