The UK economy is currently facing skills shortages and unprecedented levels of vacancies and unfilled roles in every sector. HR departments and hiring communities are continually looking to answer the question ’what can be done differently?’
Whilst growing your talent is not a new concept, seemingly little is still done to reach out and engage with students leaving school and college, particularly in social care.
On the 10th Feb at 10:00, we will be exploring the drivers behind school outreach, the effectiveness, the content, the results and how both hiring organisations and the local communities can both benefit from this activity.
