Getting Ahead in the Race for Early Talent: What social care providers should do

We’ll be sharing the findings from a survey aimed at those currently studying FE Courses, and sharing a toolkit of tactics to help you better develop your workforce of the future. This Social Care Forum will also highlight various sector initiatives aimed at raising the number of young people working in social care.

Rob Martin

Managing Director at Anchor

Rob is the Managing Director for care services at Anchor, he has worked in social care for nearly 25 years, and also is a Non-Executive Director for a mid-size social care provider. Having spent much of his career around workforce development, he started in HR and Recruitment roles before growing his experience in operational roles, this has led him to his current role where he is responsible for 126 registered locations.

                                                                                                                                                                         

Natasha Eden

Director of Care Academy, Cornwall Care

Natasha is the Director of Care Academy at Cornwall Care, having joined the charity in August 2021. Prior to relocating to Cornwall, she was the Chief Operating Officer at the Black Country Living Museum.

Until 2020 Natasha was the COO of Clearwater International, a global Mergers and Acquisitions firm. Natasha joined Clearwater International following roles at Lloyds Bank, Close Brothers and Experian. Natasha is also the Vice Chair of Miss Macaroon, a nationally recognised social enterprise who create and sell luxury patisserie to fund learning and development.
