The Social Care Retention Crisis – How online assessment and development tools can make a difference

Tuesday 4th October 2022

12pm – 1pm | Virtual Meeting

Are you concerned about retention in social care?

Are you ready to find out how you can make a difference?

The social care industry has a major retention issue. However, online assessment and development tools such as Care Character can help to change this.

As part of this online event, we’ll provide an overview of Care Character to date including case studies, as well as an introduction to its academic background. We will explore the case for retention in the first three months of a new starter joining your organisation. Finally, we will introduce the latest Care Character development report which can be used by hiring managers and new starters to aid your retention strategy.

This is a great introduction to the Care Character process, as well as issues affecting the industry.

Join us on Tuesday 4th October at 12pm to find out more.
