Keychange have been working with Cohesion since June 2019. A big driver for looking into alternative recruitment options was being able to save time for front line teams – allowing communities to do what they do best rather than their time being taken up by recruitment.

Prior to Cohesion, Keychange had no central HR, limited admin at each location, and the majority of recruitment was managed locally by the leadership team. We were aware of endless hours being spent at all locations processing enquiries and applicants.

One community has told us that before Cohesion, recruitment would take 12 hours of time to fill the position, whereas now they only spend around 1.5 hours. By bringing Cohesion on board, we wanted to make significant cost and time efficiencies, increase the quality of candidates and recruitment experience, have greater control and visibility of spend and performance, and improve retention. I’m pleased to say we have had great results in just over a year.
