We have been delivering values based recruitment and workforce solutions for our social care and healthcare clients for more than a decade.  Our services and products include recruitment audits and research, full recruitment outsourcing, recruitment campaigns, individual role recruitment, early talent schemes, bank management, managed services, exit and retention surveys and psychometric testing.

Cohesion also regularly host Social Care Forums, sharing best practice and insights from the work that we do across the sector.

Cohesion’s Early Talent arm have been delivering bespoke  attraction, engagement and assessment solutions for their clients for 20 years. Like our social care recruitment solutions, our Early Talent processes have been honed over time to ensure we find the right candidate for the job every time. We work with organisations spanning both private and public sector and are dedicated to ensuring you recruit to full capacity. We will develop and run end to end Early Talent programs including apprenticeships, summer placements, industrial placements and graduate schemes. We can also support existing HR teams with specific areas of the recruitment process for organisations that prefer to take a hands on approach. We strongly advocate for the sector and opportunities that exist for young people, taking a long term view to recruitment.
