Autograph Care Group stands at the forefront of delivering exceptional residential and dementia care across Yorkshire and the East Midlands.

Our recruitment solution initially went live in two of Autograph’s four homes, aiming to address their challenges with high agency costs, increasing rates of no-shows, and low candidate quality.

With face-to-face interviews taking place in both homes within the first two weeks of go live, we were asked to expand our efforts to a third Autograph home. Impressively, we filled the position within just four days.

By the end of the second week, we had secured 9 job offers across the two initial homes, filling 60% of original vacancies.

Entering the third week, we were asked to include Autograph’s fourth and last home, also arranging face-to-face interviews there by the subsequent week.

As we move into our fifth week of the partnership with Autograph, we’ve reported a 95% interview attendance rate, an 86% offer suitability rate, and 100% offer acceptance rate. This has resulted in 15 secured offers, with half of these candidate’s onboarding checks already being finalised, enabling them to soon start their new roles.

Our recruitment efforts have resulted in historically low vacancy numbers, unprecedented attendance rates, and impressive offer conversions.
