Expansion to Third Home
With face-to-face interviews taking place in both homes within the first two weeks of go live, we were asked to expand our efforts to a third Autograph home. Impressively, we filled the position within just four days.
Strong Early Results
By the end of the second week, we had secured 9 job offers across the two initial homes, filling 60% of original vacancies.

Entering the third week, we were asked to include Autograph’s fourth and last home, also arranging face-to-face interviews there by the subsequent week.

As we move into our fifth week of the partnership with Autograph, we’ve reported a 95% interview attendance rate, an 86% offer suitability rate, and 100% offer acceptance rate. This has resulted in 15 secured offers, with half of these candidate’s onboarding checks already being finalised, enabling them to soon start their new roles.
