BACKGROUND
Harmony Healthcare engaged Cohesion for a focused recruitment and onboarding project over a 3 month period. The aim was to support their expansion into Sussex – a region known for being particularly challenging to recruit in.
Recruiting in complex care demands more than purely the right values; it requires highly specific clinical skills tailored to individual client needs, followed by a rigorous onboarding and induction process.
THE SOLUTION
Cohesion delivered a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment campaign.
The team streamlined recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring
full compliance with regulatory requirements. This involved creating
consistent messaging across recruitment activities, from advertising and reporting to values-based recruitment assessment practices.
Key to the delivery was Cohesion’s ability to engage with local
communities effectively. Local attraction surveys gathered insights into the regional recruitment landscape, allowing engagement plans
tailored to the specific needs of each location. These plans included
targeted online advertising and proactive sourcing strategies, to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
